The North Carolina Railroad Company (NCRR) issues the following statement from President and CEO Carl Warren.

This statement is in response to Governor Roy Cooper’s announcement of the Consolidated Rail Infrastructure and Safety Improvements Program (CRISI) grant awarded for rail infrastructure projects in North Carolina.

Today’s award is a testament to North Carolina’s economic growth and future business potential. The North Carolina Railroad Company is proud to collaborate with NCDOT, Norfolk Southern, and other rail and project partners to improve our rail efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.
